Able Engineering is engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying of high quality Rapid Mixer Granulator that used in pharmaceutical Plants. This Rapid Mixer granulator is manufactured using fine grade component. RMG is designed specifically to meet the GMP requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

Special Features :

Working Principle :

The RMG working principle is based on the two decisive factors essential for the mixing systems.

1.By Spinning close to the bottom of the mixing bowl,the impeller sets the entire mixture
in a whirling – rising – tumbling motion, ensuring a quick and even distribution of all dry
components. This leads to an even wetting of every granule. Large lumps that occurr
during wet mixing are broken up, by the strategically placed chopping tool rotating at
1440/ 2880 rpm. The mix can be discharged with the impeller running through an outlet
located on the side of the mix bowl near the bottom.

2.Easy accessibility for cleaning is guaranteed by the low profile.
The mixing tool can be easily removed from the drive-shaft, providing an unobstructed
mixing area for easy cleaning.

Control Panel :

· Control Panel is made up of S.S..Sheet Metal with special feature DISPLAY SYSTEM and TIMER.
· Display System consists of indicator lamps for compressed air supply, main motor, chopper motor, bowl lid limit switch and for closed/ open status of discharge valve
· Incase of insufficient compressed air supply, pressure switch contained in the panel will prevent the machine from starting.
· Limit Switch is provided on main bowl lid, which will de-energize the system when the lid id open.
